I am an assistant professor at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. I obtained my PhD from the Department of Political Science at Washington University in St. Louis. I am originally from Taiwan, where I received my BA and MA from the Department of Political Science at National Taiwan University.
My research interests include international political economy, resource politics, foreign direct investment, terrorism, and political methodology. I use quantitative methods to analyze the interaction between external economic factors and domestic politics.
